The Duncan Group advocates, coordinates, organizes and communicates on a client's behalf during a claim. Coverage determinations, reserves and payment decisions rest with the carrier. We do not provide legal representation or public adjusting services.
Legal, tax and actuarial matters
The Duncan Group does not provide legal, tax, accounting or actuarial advice. Where those disciplines are required, we coordinate with qualified specialists engaged by the client.
Alternative risk and captives
Captive, self-insurance and other alternative risk structures involve capital, collateral, regulatory and administrative obligations. Feasibility, formation, actuarial and captive-management work is performed by specialized partners. No structure is inherently better than another, and none is presented here as a savings claim.
